To reduce the environmental impact of waste packaging, TTi will re-use all returned "ethafoam" packing pieces.

From April '98 a large FREEPOST mailing bag has been included with those instruments packed in ethafoam, to facilitate the return of packing pieces.  For practical reasons the scheme is restricted to instruments sold in the U.K.

As a "thank you" to customers, respondents who include their name and address with the returned packing pieces will be entered into a free monthly draw for a PFM1300 hand-held frequency meter.  The winner will be drawn on the first working day of the following month, and the results accessed from the Whats New page.
