In an effort to meet the highest of customer
standards, Tektronix certifies its distributors at one of three levels
each year based on the distributor's ability to meet your product,
service and solution needs.
Attributes that determine a distributor's level
include stock availability, demo availability, sales proficiency,
technical expertise, customer service, technical support, Tektronix
Certified Distributor Training compliance and Consultative Solution
Selling. Distributors who best exemplify those attributes receive
Platinum certification.
