Multitone spectrum from a single multitone acquisition

The interface measurement capability in ATS-2 determines whether or not the signal from a digital device meets standards and is compatible with other devices. High performance measurement capabilities include jitter and FFT of jitter, pulse amplitude, delay, word width, bit activity, sample rate and high-level decoded status bits. Interface stimulus features simulate real-world degradations to measure the effect on the device during testing . Audio Precision also offers a performance option for the ATS-2 that increases the analyser bandwidth to 120 kHz and includes complete digital interface signal measurement and analysis, including waveform display and eye pattern tests.

 In less than a second, the ATS-2 Multitone Analyser gives you 
 everything you need to graph any audio test result.
