Frequency Meters and Frequency Standards

Frequency measurement products have been an important product group for TTi since the start of the company. In addition to our own low cost frequency meters, we also sell high resolution frequency counters from SRS and Fluke.

For those looking for a high accuracy frequency standard we offer a rubidium source from SRS.

 TTi manufactures several low cost frequency counters both bench and handheld, for frequencies up to 1.3GHz.

 SRS (Stanford Research Systems) offer high accuracy and high resolution time interval and frequency counters with 25 ps single-shot time resolution and optional rubidium timebase.  They also offer a rubidium frequency standard with less than 0.005 ppm ageing over 20 years.

 Fluke offer frequency counters, timers and analysers for frequencies from DC up to 8GHz. The new PM6690 provides 12 digits/sec. frequency measurements, 100 ps single shot time-resolution, and statistical analysis.
